Support specialized in PTSD and Trauma

without intervention - directly and personally.

We find it very important that a PTSD and trauma recovery process can be started quickly. We know that this is no longer self-evident in the current emergency care market. Waiting lists of months before an introductory meeting can take place are unfortunately no longer an exception and we find this very regrettable. That is why a first appointment is quickly made after the first contact for a free and non-binding introductory meeting. There is no waiting list. Shortly after the introductory meeting, you can start a PTSD and trauma recovery process, which gives you the opportunity to recover faster. When there is payment (sponsorship) by the employer, evaluations usually take place together with the employer. Place. In this case, the PTSD and trauma recovery process is also concluded with a final evaluation together with the employer. Evaluation conversations with third parties always take place in the presence of the client, who tells about his or her personal experiences and progress. The employer is also asked to share his or her experiences in the context of the work situation. For further support, after a PTSD and trauma recovery process, during a period of three months, a minimum of three follow-up telephone PTSD sessions are provided. and trauma recovery coaching contact moments. This usually concerns one contact moment per month.

Rates of a PTSD Recovery Program

An important reason not to call in professional help is the price tag attached to this - people wonder whether they can afford a recovery process?

I can of course imagine this question very well and that is why I would like to provide a further explanation below.

First of all is an integral and holistic PTSD recovery trajectory, "Coaching " with progressive and substantiated interventions. A recovery process that consciously avoids the word therapy because I want to stay away from the 'boxes' and 'labels' that arise from this. A recovery process is not cheap, but in comparison with other processes, perhaps it is. Many that I see have already gone through many processes and eventually they conclude that they still have PTSD and trauma symptoms.

When you choose a recovery process yourself, you can choose yourself, you are in control and your data is not stored electronically. Others will not have access to your data later, because this data is not shared with health insurers.

A first introductory meeting is without obligation and always free of charge. A price agreement is made before the start of a PTSD and trauma recovery process. In this way surprises are avoided and people know in advance what the costs of a PTSD and trauma recovery process are. The importance of PTSD and trauma recovery is central and sufficient time is therefore always taken during a coaching session, without running the risk of being confronted with additional (increasing) (hourly) costs later on. Payment for a PTSD and trauma recovery process is made in advance. For those who wish to pay for participation in a PTSD and trauma recovery process in installments, a payment arrangement can be made in consultation. If your objection is also that you think you cannot afford a recovery process, then request a free and non-binding introductory meeting - during this meeting you can explain your situation. I certainly like to think along with you in this area and I often plan space to also offer a trajectory for a lower rate. You are in control and choose who you work with.Privacy is guaranteed - your data will not be shared with others.

Important: If you have a limited income, are younger than 30 years old, or if two or more members of the same family are undergoing a recovery PTSD and trauma recovery process, further changed rates apply.

Reimbursement of a PTSD and Trauma recovery process

Through the health insurer

The PTSD Voorbij practice is a private practice and does not work with reimbursement from health insurers. The great advantage of uninsured care is that you do not have to use your health insurance deductible. There are also a number of specific reasons why non-reimbursed care offers you benefits, for example:

There is no waiting list and you can start your PTSD and trauma recovery process right away. You choose who you work with, instead of being referred to a random person. Complete privacy - no data is shared with your health insurer. A referral from your GP is not necessary (*). The question is tailored and the duration is always composed in consultation with you. Your annual mandatory deductible (currently € 385.00) is not addressed for the PTSD and trauma recovery process.

(*) Of course you can decide to request a usual referral for help through your GP. This help is often reimbursed. However, keep in mind that you will first be placed on a waiting list (currently about 6-8 months) and that centers can select you from because you do not meet their treatment 'profile'. The help that is offered from the institute is directed and the practitioner is therefore bound by treatment protocols. Moreover, everything about you is stored in the form of electronic data and you have to pay your deductible from the health insurer (currently 385.00 per year) and at some institutes an additional 'personal contribution'.

Via the employer More and more employers are paying compensation for the reduction of absenteeism due to illness. In the Gatekeeper Improvement Act, money is available for reintegration and effective guidance of employees. My guidance is a goal-oriented process and specifically aimed at recovery and an accelerated return to work. Ask your employer, manager or human resources department. After consultation with the company doctor, employers are often willing to reimburse the costs of guidance within the Poortwachter Improvement Act, especially to prevent long-term absenteeism and/or to support an accelerated return to work through step-by-step effective reintegration. Please contact the company doctor or the Occupational Health and Safety Service for this.

Via the personal injury insurer If you have complaints after an accident, you can claim your costs via the personal injury insurer.

Via the tax authorities If you as a private individual pay the costs for guidance yourself, you can deduct these costs including VAT, for example as career coaching, stress counseling or training costs. The aim of the trajectory must then be aimed at changing position or at maintaining or improving knowledge and skills that you need to acquire or maintain income from work. For more information you can contact the tax authorities.

Via the UWV If you receive benefits, you can inquire with the UWV about available financial resources to promote your recovery. It is possible to conclude an individual agreement for this. Check with your benefits agency about the options for this.

As an independent entrepreneur and/or self-employed person If you are an independent entrepreneur and/or self-employed person, the costs for guidance are tax deductible as entrepreneurs and business costs. If you are self-employed, many self-employed are currently affiliated with a safety net for self-employed workers during incapacity for work (for example, the tulip fund. These organizations work with affiliated occupational health physicians and the paragraph “Via de Arbodienst” above applies to this.

Through special assistance In certain situations, you can request special assistance through the municipality, for example if you have an income at social assistance level.
